Thursday Aug. 23: Ask for the Spirit of God to be present and active in planning groups, staff and volunteers preparing for the beginning of fall congregational programs; pray these programs and ministries reach new people, deepen the faith of members, inspire people of all ages to serve neighbors in need and help grow the church.
