Prayer for Oct. 1

Every day, Living Lutheran offers a prayer for the day from the ELCA resource “Prayer ventures.” These daily petitions are offered as a guide for your own prayer life as together we pray for the needs of the world and give thanks for the ministries of our church.

You can download a pdf with the monthly “Prayer ventures” here.

Thursday, Oct. 1 We pray for Lutherans Restoring Creation and the organization’s “creation care ambassadors,” who work with congregations and synods to protect natural resources entrusted to our use and to develop solutions for restoring and healing creation.
