It was the morning of the Christian era, the year 325, when, for the first time, Christian leaders from all over gathered to share, discuss, argue and decide on important matters of faith. It was the Council of Nicaea, which gave us a creed and a trinitarian formula that has inspired and informed Christians for 1,700 years.
