Prayer for Sept. 19

Every day, Living Lutheran offers a prayer for the day from the ELCA resource “Prayer ventures.” These daily petitions are offered as a guide for your own prayer life as together we pray for the needs of the world and give thanks for the ministries of our church.

You can download a pdf with the monthly “Prayer ventures” here.

Saturday, Sept. 19 We give thanks and pray for spiritual directors, coaches and companions in synods and congregations who deepen our faith and vocation, guide our discernment and equip us to help and encourage others.
