Every day, Living Lutheran offers a prayer for the day from the ELCA resource “Prayer ventures.” These daily petitions are offered as a guide for your own prayer life as together we pray for the needs of the world and give thanks for the ministries of our church.

Monday, Nov. 2 National Native American Heritage Month We give thanks for Indigenous neighbors and siblings in Christ, who enrich society with their diverse gifts, traditions, resilience and wisdom. We pray for Indigenous ministries and faith communities, for ELCA Indigenous Ministries and Tribal Relations, and for the American Indian and Alaska Native Lutheran Association, that their advocacy will guide the work of our church and society in building just relationships with Indigenous peoples.
